Zenia Suit is a leading tailor factory specialised in making custom-made suits, shirts, and overcoats. Based in Thailand, they have been expanding to foreign markets in Europe and USA. Their vision is to offer handcrafted solutions to any person’s unique body style and size.

 

Description of the project

They came to Serendipity Marketing to help them expand their market in the USA. They planned a 2-week tour around the US east coast and needed support with advertising on social media.

Improve leads caption and conversion rate through Social Media Ads Campaigns. Develop, implement, and automatise a digital marketing system to capture qualitative leads at a lower cost and increase the number of appointments in the cities they were visiting during the tour.

We created highly persuasive Facebook Ads campaigns for qualified leads caption and implemented a digital process for a higher conversion rate of leads into clients.

Brand, Market & Audience Analysis

This step includes detailed competitors’ analysis to identify differential strength points and understand how to best enter the new market and stand out from them.

We always study the brand – values, tone of voice, differential points, as this allows us to create a message aligned with what the business wants to transmit.

Following this, we identified the best audience to target for higher results. And we used our UTS© Methodology to uncover their ideal clients’ internal engagement and purchase motivations, alongside their interests and online behaviour.

The following step was to use the whole data collected in the previous one to design bespoke ads campaigns for a strong positive impact and high retention throughout the journey to first convert uses into leads and leads into clients afterwards.

We have been working with segmented niches among the audience we wanted to target, impacting them with specific Ads Campaigns for each one of them. We used dynamic ads with different copywriting options and a mix of graphics and videos. We work with a first outreach phase, followed by a retargeting one. Depending on the offer, we also work with a lookalike campaign which allows us to target people who have the same interests and behaviour as those who have become clients.

After capturing qualified leads, we helped them to create and automatise an effective process to get leads to set up an appointment with them to choose the suit they wanted and get the measurements and, of course, show up.
