In the Serendipity Marketing Group we are looking for a Media Buyer with experience of buying traffic on platforms such as Facebook and Google. This role would be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns through multiple tactics that will attract, drive and convert consumer traffic.

This role will report directly to the CEOs of Serendipity Marketing Group. We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience in strategy and execution of online advertising campaigns with positive return on investment to sell digital products, events, services and much more, as well as the effective lead generation.

This role must know how to manage multiple campaigns at once, goal-oriented, deadline-driven, organized, and passionate about work. We have high expectations of our team and their level of professionalism. We are passionate about what we do and we are 100% customer-centric.

It is imperative that this role has advanced analytical and data interpretation skills to quickly identify any leakage that may exist in a campaign and analyze campaign performance for effective optimization and scalability.

Responsibilities that the Media Buyer will have:

◾️Conducting market research and analysis of demographics, media use, psychographic and purchasing patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements for new traffic segmentations.

◾️Develop advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to reach the desired audience in the most effective way.

◾️Search and presentation of audience data and advertising proposals to clients for feedback.

◾️Review of advertising material before launching campaigns.

◾️Coordinate and supervise the development and launch of campaigns.

◾️Management of budgets and monitoring of campaign costs and ROI metrics according to the objectives of the directive.

◾️Track and display campaign data such as views, click-through rates, interactions, and customer conversion rates.

◾️Monitoring of trends, practices and new technologies of the audience and the media.

◾️Interpret campaign metrics to scale them, as well as plan and execute effective lead generation and monetization campaigns.

◾️Identify consumer buying behaviors and competitor tactics to define your target audience and areas of opportunity.

◾️Provide strategic objectives for digital campaigns for our individual client campaigns.

◾️Maintain digital marketing budgets through multiple tactics and campaigns, always focused on a positive return on investment.

◾️Plan and execute specific campaigns for digital launches and special promotions (eg Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, etc).

◾️Attend meetings with the management team, clients, and vendors to devise and present program performance and strategic recommendations.

◾️Coordinate with the team, for the planning and execution of digital campaigns, as well as the creatives requested by each campaign.

◾️Run digital campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms to meet the business goals of the company and create an omnichannel strategy.

◾️Ensure implemented ideas are backed by performance data and supported by methodical monitoring and analysis.

Requirements for the Media Buyer position:

◾️Full command of the English language (knowing how to speak, write and read it).

◾️Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or similar.

◾️Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Media Buyer or similar.

◾️Experience buying traffic on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.

◾️Excellent financial skills and ability to manage large budgets. Have managed a minimum budget of $ 50,000 dollars.

◾️The ability to collaborate with others and work as a team.

◾️Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

◾️Strong communication and networking skills.

◾️Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

◾️Candidates must be excellent listeners and be able to receive instructions from the CEOs of the company, who are excellent people 🙂

◾️You must have experience in managing a monthly budget of $ 50K to $ 1M dollars.

◾️You must have experience buying social media traffic.

◾️Advanced and demonstrable experience with the Facebook Business Manager.

◾️You must work with the conversion payment to acquire customer campaigns (C.P.A. is the acronym)

◾️Have a creative eye for campaign creatives and give direction to the graphic design department what you want to create as an ad.

◾️Advanced understanding of how the sales funnels, lead capture and monetization work.

◾️Domain of Google Analytics, media analysis platforms, social platforms.

◾️Knowledge of website structure, URL architecture (UTM usage), pixels, and target tracking.

◾️Demonstrable experience with large-scale consumer acquisition and digital media buying tactics for lead generation. A person with experience in the world of digital infoproducts is preferred (eg sale of online courses, trainings, workshops, events, etc).

◾️A deep understanding of the life cycle model for lead generation; drive traffic, capture or acquire leads and distribute them profitably.

◾️Ability to identify high intention consumers with campaigns that engage, inform and drive action.

◾️Insight to improve ROI and ROAS to expand digital reach and scale advertising campaigns.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships with the team and is an excellent communicator both in writing and verbally. Learn quickly and willingly, understand the basic principles of marketing and digital marketing campaigns.

◾️Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

◾️Designs, builds, and maintains our clients social media presence.

◾️Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

◾️Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

◾️Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

◾️Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

◾️Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

◾️Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

◾️Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

◾️Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

◾️Evaluates emerging technologies.

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Expert position:
