Prioritise tasks and deliver projects on time creating high standard and innovative works, ensuring the delivery in line with costumers expectations.
-Gain a deep understanding of Serendipity Marketing and the clients, customer personas and underlying behavioural elements of the customer journey
-Be the voice of Serendipity Marketing clients across all marketing communications
-Write and maintain the client’s brand tone guide
-Write copy for all marketing – SEO, emails, advertising campaigns, social media posts, blog content
-Edit and proofread copy for accuracy and brand tone
-Develop systems and processes for managing copywriting workflows
-Develop creative content for external and internal communications through a variety of multimedia channels.
-Produce, shoots, and edits video in multiple formats (feature stories, documentary style, explainer videos, etc.) for multiple platforms.
-Develop graphics to support external and internal communications that are in accordance with the approved brand identity guidelines.
-Contribute to the creation of training materials, presentations, newsletters, brochures, and other materials as needed.
-Research and writes news releases and regional and national awards applications.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Create reference prototypes based on existing best practice designs.
-Research and optimize standard reusable templates that can be deployed quickly based on project requirements.
-Develop colour palettes and visual hierarchy for all designs and make them ready for implementation.
-Develop dynamic templates which are tested and tried.
-Create staging environments to test and improve the time to launch.
-Create SEO friendly websites focused on best practices.
-Understand marketing funnels and create templates optimized for the same.
Social Media Expert
-Craft and implement a social media strategy, through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification;
-In tandem with our publishing specialists, write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling;
-Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, feedback, and negative news communications;
-Day-2-day maintenance: generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML);
-Build meaningful connections and encourage community networking, through dialogue and messaging;
-Create and upkeep company social media pages and profiles;
-Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, as per our company and community standards;
-Create and implement a social media marketing plan and calendar;
-Track and analyze analytics, in order to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and the effectiveness of our social media endeavours;
-Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
-Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin Ads
This is a 360 role so includes both the sales and service aspects of a consultant role, working with clients to deliver an excellent service, whilst building your desk to become a long term success within the business.
-Proactively reaching out to potential stockists to make sales.
-Providing excellent customer service and following up with potential customers.
-Using social media in marketing campaigns. (Flexible)
-Scheduling meetings with suppliers and developing new marketing strategies.
-Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time.
